What’s the minimum order?

50 tumblers for laser engraving. Smaller event-keepsake runs (single bridal parties, anniversary sets) are quoted case by case — write us anyway.

How long does production take?

Three weeks from approved mockup to shipped order. Rush production is available for weddings, brand launches, and corporate events with firm dates — ask for the rush quote.

What colors are available?

Matte black, brushed stainless, champagne gold, deep burgundy, ivory, forest, and navy as standard. Custom Pantone matching is available at higher order tiers.

Is the engraving really permanent?

Yes. We laser-etch directly into the powder-coat finish, exposing the stainless beneath. No print, no vinyl, no decal. Dishwasher safe and survives the patio season.

Do you charge for mockups?

No. Mockups and revisions are free, unlimited, until you approve. We only charge once the order goes to production.

Can you individually personalize each tumbler?

Yes. Bridal-party orders commonly have a different name on every single tumbler. Send a spreadsheet of names with the design — we’ll handle the rest.
