Production & turnaround

Most custom wine tumbler orders ship within 2–3 weeks of artwork approval. Need them sooner for an event? Tell us your in-hands date and we’ll let you know the fastest option before you commit.

Shipping

We ship nationwide. Tracking is emailed the moment your order leaves production, and larger orders can be split to multiple addresses — just ask when you request your quote.

Approval first

Nothing goes to production until you approve your free mockup, and you pay only when you approve your design. That approval step is your guarantee that what arrives matches what you expected.

Returns & issues

Because every order is customized with your artwork, we can’t resell returned tumblers — so instead we make it right. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from your approved mockup, email photos within 14 days of delivery and we’ll reprint the affected pieces or refund them, fast.
